All sales are final. AMIRI Studio does not offer refunds on services rendered or appointments booked. This policy is in place due to the time, products, and resources allocated specifically for each client.
Please note refunds are not offered on retail products or gift vouchers.
We will only replace retail items if they are defective or damaged.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a suitable solution which may include:
A complimentary fix or adjustment
A partial credit toward a future appointment
Other resolutions deemed appropriate by AMIRI Studio management
