booking fee and deposits
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking any service.
This fee will be credited toward your total appointment cost or may be carried over to a future visit if you reschedule within our cancellation terms.
All services are non-refundable once completed. However, if you are dissatisfied, we will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure you receive the highest quality experience.
If your appointment is cancelled within the outlined cancellation window, your deposit will remain on file until your appointment is rescheduled. Staff requests are welcomed but subject to availability.
cancellations & rescheduling
You will receive an email confirmation 48 hours before your appointment, along with an option to reschedule if necessary. A final reminder will be sent 24 hours prior.
We understand that unexpected changes can occur, however, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellations or changes made within 6 hours of your appointment will require payment of the remaining balance of the booked service.
If you are running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, we may be unable to fulfil certain requests if time does not permit.
No-shows will result in loss of the deposit and the remaining balance of the service being charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
health & safety
To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
For safety and comfort, no children, pets, or additional guests are permitted in the studio.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in forfeiture of your appointment and the application of a no-show fee, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
service concerns or issues
If you are unsatisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a suitable solution which may include:
A complimentary fix or adjustment
A partial credit toward a future appointment
Other resolutions deemed appropriate by AMIRI Studio management
Please note that any solution offered is at the sole discretion of our team and will be based on the nature of the concern.
retail products refunds policy
All sales are final.
Refunds are not offered on retail products or gift vouchers.
We will only replace retail items if they are defective or damaged.
