1. When should I start prepping my skin for my wedding?
To achieve healthy, glowing skin for your wedding day, we recommend starting your bridal skin prep 6 to 12 months before your wedding. This gives us time to work through any underlying skin concerns, rebuild your skin barrier, and plan a treatment schedule that aligns with your skin goals and event dates.
If you're dealing with acne, pigmentation, or sensitised skin, starting at least 12 months out gives us the best chance to achieve long-term results, without rushing your skin.
2. How can I support my skin at home during my bridal skincare journey?
In-clinic treatments are only one part of your skin transformation. To maintain results and support your skin between facials, we recommend:
Staying hydrated throughout the day
Following your customised skincare routine with active ingredients tailored to your skin type
Taking an EFA (Essential Fatty Acid) supplement to support hydration and skin integrity from within
Getting consistent, quality beauty sleep
Applying broad-spectrum SPF daily, even on cloudy days

3. I want to start my skin transformation but don’t know where to begin.
If you’re unsure where to start, booking a skin consultation at AMIRI Studio is the perfect first step.
We’ll assess your skin in detail and chat through your goals, timeline, and concerns. From there, we’ll guide you through our Bridal Skin Packages, designed to suit every skin type and commitment level. From 3-month refreshers to full 12-month skin resets.
Whether you’re after a complete transformation or just a pre-wedding glow-up, we’ll help create a personalised treatment plan that ensures you feel confident and radiant on your special day.
4. What if I have other events like an engagement party or bridal shower?
We don’t just plan for your wedding day, we take your entire event calendar into account. Whether it’s an engagement party, bridal shower, hens, or your honeymoon, we’ll build your treatment plan to align with each moment you want to feel (and look) your best for.
Our goal is to ensure your skin is glowing and photo-ready for every special occasion leading up to the big day.
5. Will my skin purge or react to treatments during my wedding skin journey?
It’s possible, especially in the early stages of your treatment plan. If we’re working to correct underlying skin concerns like congestion, breakouts, or barrier damage.
This is why we recommend starting your bridal facial prep early, ideally 6–12 months before the wedding. That gives us time to let your skin adjust, calm, and strengthen so you’re clear, radiant, and confident well before walking down the aisle.
6. What if I’ve never had professional skin treatments before?
That’s totally okay and actually very common for bridal clients! If you’re new to professional facials or skincare, we’ll take a gentle, educational approach. We’ll begin with a thorough skin consultation, explain every step along the way, and gradually introduce treatments suited to your skin’s needs and your comfort level.

7. Can I try one facial treatment before committing to a full bridal plan?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to start with a single treatment or skin consultation to get a feel for our approach before committing to a full plan.
We’ll walk you through your skin analysis, chat through your goals and timeline, and help you decide if one of our Bridal Skin Packages is the right fit. There’s zero pressure, we’re here to guide you, not rush you.
8. Can I buy the Dermaviduals products used during the treatment?
Yes and we highly recommend it!
Your at-home routine plays a major role in your results. We’ll curate a tailored skincare prescription using Dermaviduals, designed to support and extend your in-clinic treatments.
When you choose one of our bridal skin packages, it includes a product credit (a set dollar amount) to spend on skincare in the salon, making it easy to stay consistent and see results between visits.
